Recently Marilyn served as a board member of the Canadian College of Performing Arts. Her listing and selling client portfolio includes many top successful people and she has worked on projects ranging from Commercial Apartment building purchases to multi-million dollar waterfront acquisitions, all with equal success. She is a highly astute and successful negotiator, and works tirelessly bringing numerous high end property listing sales together. Marilyn is a member of the Million Dollar Guild with the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing, and is working on a designation with the 'Consortium of International Property Specialists'. This provides Ian and Marilyn with many opportunities to reach a wider, international audience for their property advertising.
